Broke day 3 - company is silent
"We bought these to wear as a couple. The links disconnected for no reason - just literally came apart (they are cleft on one end and are not secure). We decided to return the defective bracelets, and Catholic Company (Trinity Road) requires a "photo" before we can return. I submitted the photo, and SILENCE. I have reached out at least 4 times. SILENCE. It seems that they do not want to refund me for the defective products. Sad. . . this does not reflect Christian morals at all. I am wondering if I should report to the Better Business Bureau."
