Broke after 4 months

"I tried to work with the company and they just gave me excuse after excuse. An $85 necklace should not break - the bail broke off the crucifix at the weld - after normal wear. I am so disappointed in the way they handled the entire situation. It definitely does not make me believe in the “Christian Family” values the company tries to promote. To be fair I believe I was corresponding with a clearing house for multiple companies, but the family that started this business should know that they don’t stand by their products. With regret A.
