"The bracelet is beautiful. The service and lack of communication was unacceptable and created extra expense. 7 days after placing order I called -twice- and learned the bracelet was out of stock! I had 3 days to get another. There’s more as the order included an item for the other twin and delivery was expected the day I had to leave! It was an experience I wish never to have again! Why was I not contacted immediately about out of stock bracelet? I spent an additional $100 to ensure my grandchildren received their gifts. . . money spent due to lack of communication with your service department."
