Online order form issue

"It was supposed to have initials. Something went wrong with the order form. I entered the initials when I put in the order. But, when the rosary came it didn’t have initials. I went back to my order and could see that it hadn’t gone through on the online order form. It was a gift. I was disappointed. The rosary is pretty."
