Glassmasters is world renown for creating exquisite stained glass replicas of original stained glass windows.    This Our Lady of Guadalupe  window is no exception!  The imagery is painstakingly recreated by artisans who hand apply translucent enamels to cathedral glass in a traditional one color at a time process.  Each color is fired into the glass at temperatures over 1100 degrees Fahrenheit.  The enamels actually become part of the glass. "A really beautiful piece of stained glass - I have it hanging in my window and it looks great. The colors are vibrant and true to the original, and the garland of roses is a lovely touch. I did have some trouble hanging it at the right height, and ended up hanging the chain from a wire to adjust the length - it would be nice to have an adjustable chain! A stand to hang it from would be a good idea too."
