Beautiful set, but disappointed

"Beautiful set! Good quality! I just finished reading through each card and putting them in order in preparation for Advent. One of the cards for Peace focuses on firefighters and the sacrifices they make to bring us peace. I certainly know this to be true, but I will use this card to remind my children that all first responders and military help to bring peace into the world. (There were no cards that acknowledged police officers, paramedics or military. )"

"Actually, I was a bit disappointed in the materials vs. the cost. It was far too expensive for the materials that came with it. As far as content, we shall see how the children respond to the activities and that will have come from us & their parents. It really should not have been that expensive. Having said that though, this is really the first purchase I have made from Catholic Company that I have been disappointed in."

What is an appropriate childhood age for these cards ? Our granddaughter is only 3 but I think my daughter would use them if appropriate
These cards are great for young children and can be used starting around age 3, especially with parental guidance. Older kids can use them more independently as part of their Advent preparation.
