Poor quality St. Benedict Filigree Cross

"I purchased four personalized St. Benedict Filigree crosses as gifts. I was very disappointed with the quality of the crosses. Each one had several dark gray streaks going from top to bottom on the crosses. After multiple calls with their customer service, they did agree that the crosses were defective and would send me replacements. This new shipment of crosses did not have the streaks; however, the painting and printing quality was sloppy and poor. I would not recommend purchasing this product especially if it's a gift. The online picture of the crosses is very deceiving and looks nothing like what you'll receive. I'm sorry to say that I will think twice before purchasing something from Catholic Co."
