This beautifully detailed necklace features a shield-shaped Scapular with the Sacred Heart & Holy Spirit on the front and Our Lady of Mt. Carmel and the Christ Child on the reverse.

Crafted in solid .925 sterling silver or gold plated sterling silver, the medal is die-struck, hand-polished, and engraved by New England silversmiths. The gold plated medal hangs from a gold plated surgical stainless steel chain. The sterling silver necklace hangs from a stainless steel chain for ease of care and shine.
