Be very careful before you start

"I was excited that these were Catholic Edition Bible Tabs. Positives: These are very pretty with gold accents, seems like it will last. Has extra tabs: 2 blanks, ""MAPS"", ""HELP/HELPS"", ""CONCARDANCE"". NEGATIVES: It's not that slim-but it could depend on your Bible. I used it on my son's Catholic Scripture Study Bible - RSV Large Print Edition (also from Catholic Company). See picture on how it does jut out and they feel like a harder plastic (not as hard or thick as a credit card, but more like a screen protector for your cell phone). Another negative, even though it is sturdy, one of the tabs ripped as I was pulling it out. I promise I was being gentle and slow since I was trying to make sure I do everything right. (see picture) The rest were fine. I'm just glad it was the 2nd Letter of Paul to the Corinthians. The 1st tab will help guide to the 2nd. A few tips: 1. I would measure your bible before you start putting the tabs if you want it to be perfectly spaced and have an even number of tabs that go from top to bottom. Keep in mind the extra tabs like maps, blanks, etc. My bible had these things all over-not in the back or front only. 2. The instructions say to start with the back. Make sure you do #1 otherwise your first tab (Genesis unless you have maps first) will be in the middle of the page. 3. The instructions say to be careful because once you put the sticky side down, it's not coming off. IT'S TRUE."
