Very good blend that's very sensitive to amount of coffee used

"This is the second St Joe coffee blend that I've reviewed (I've also reviewed the medium roast, ground). I definitely like this better than the medium blend, which is OK. For whatever reason, both blends are very sensitive to the amount of coffee used. A tablespoon scoop for each cup produced a pot that's too strong; subtracting a scoop produces a pot that's too weak. I find that I need precisely 1 scoop per cup less a 1/2 scoop. The coffee itself is solid, though it doesn't have the excellent finish and aroma I've come to expect in the better medium roasts. The Irish Cream flavor adds a really nice touch to the flavor without being overwhelming."
