If personalized, where is the engraving done? Is this answer the same for all personalized pyx?
Thank you for your question. The pyx will be engraved on the bottom (outside suface, not interior). Yes, this is consistent for all our pyxes.
So is this all brass, or is there any gold? If gold, in what way?
Thank you for your question about the Stamped Pyx with Gold Latin Cross. This does not contain gold. It is made of polished lead free brass and contains no plastic liner or gold plating on the interior.
Is the hinge on the lid held together with a strong screw?
Thank you for your question. We do not receive complaints about the pyx hinge and it appears to be quite sturdy. We would want only the most protective storage for the Body of Christ.
