WORST PURCHASE

"This company is complete garbage. I ordered this pendant PERSONALIZED on 7/17. By August 1 it still had not shipped. I tried to contact customer service several times. On the 7th, it finally said it had shipped but I didn't have any tracking info. On August 24th I FINALLY got a response from customer service and they said that the order never actually got shipped, it was just marked as shipped. They said they would express ship another and I would receive it by 8/27. I did actually receive it; however, it was NOT customized like it was supposed to be. I paid the EXTRA money for it to be personalized and it was not. Customer service is not answering any phone calls or emails. This is absolutely unacceptable for any company. At this point, I just want a refund and to take my business elsewhere. This is a joke."

"Ordered this medal for my son who is a full-time firefighter. He had a St. Florian medal given to him 10 years ago on the day he started his profession. On a family trip to the ocean this summer, he was hit be a larger wave than he expected, and his medal came off; never to be recovered. He had never taken the medal off in 10 years, and was quite upset to have lost it. He is very happy to have this new one, and it is nicer than the first one. Thank you for a wonderful product."
