St. Elizabeth of the Visitation

Saint Elizabeth of the Visitation is the patron of expectant mothers and the diocese of Fulda, Germany. She was a relative of Mary the Mother of God and herself bore Saint John the Baptist. Saint Elizabeth of the Visitation became pregnant late in life and is described in the Gospel of Luke as “righteous in the eyes of God, observing all the commandments of the Lord blamelessly.” St. Elizabeth of the Visitation's feast day is November 5th.
