St. Remigius of Reims

Saint Remigius of Reims is the patron against epidemics, fever, plague, and religious indifference. He was well-known for his eloquence as a speaker which earned him the position of bishop in Reims at the age of 22. St. Remigius of Reims evangelized throughout Gaul and went so far as to convert the king of the Franks, Clovis, which led to the conversion of all Franks and furthermore, the beginning of the Church in France. St. Remigius of Reims' feast day is October 1st.
